The house is located in a small building with only three apartments, in a quiet zone 30, surrounded by greenery and with a beautiful view of the mountains and the nearby waterfall.

The location is particularly convenient: bus stop just a few steps from the apartment, with connections to the station and possibility to reach Mendrisio and Lugano comfortably.

The room

The double room is very large, bright and fully furnished.

- double bed with completely new structure
- new, never used mattress
- wardrobe
- bedside tables
- personal space for personal effects

Private bathroom

Available to the tenant a private bathroom, equipped with:

- WC
- sink

The kitchen is not intended for use.
