From early/mid-October or by arrangement, a 10 m² room in our 3-person shared flat in Breitenrain will become available.
The apartment has a shared living room with access to one of the two balconies. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher. The Breitenrain tram stop is only about 3 minutes' walk away.
You would be living with two flatmates, both in their late twenties and currently completing their Bachelor's degree in Social Work. Both are sporty, like to go out with friends, and lead their own lives.
We are not a functional shared flat, but also not a shared flat where we have to cook together every evening. If it works out, we like to sit together, cook something, or have a beer. At the same time, we also appreciate having our peace and quiet after a long day. What's most important to us is an uncomplicated and relaxed living situation.
