In our shared apartment in an old villa in Winterthur, a spot is becoming available. What's special here: lots of greenery, a wide view of the city, and space to socialize and retreat. The house includes a huge garden, a pool, and two terraces, small everyday escapes right outside your door.
You have the choice
Currently, you can decide which of the two rooms suits you better:
Alina (36), Lucia (31), and Cem (31).
We're looking for uncomplicated, considerate cohabitation: sometimes eating together, sitting in the garden, or watching the day go by – and just as naturally, closing your door and having time for yourself.
It's important to us that you feel at home here and are excited to share this special place with us. This also means taking care of the house and garden together.
For whom this is suitable

- Without your own terrace: CHF 1,100 per month, excluding additional costs. The garden, pool, and shared outdoor areas are, of course, also part of your new home.
