We, a helpful mechanic aged 60, a shy specialist in care aged 34, and an open-hearted HPWS teacher aged 55, (with 1 quiet, well-behaved, but unfortunately cat-chasing dog and 3 curious alpacas, 9 chickens with a rooster) and a cheerful senior aged 71 (with a 2-year-old dog) share our complete infrastructure, including kitchen, two bathrooms, winter garden, entrance hall, laundry room, natural cellar, a large park garden (with a fauna area, party pavilion, outdoor chimney, and grill area, lounge, summer table group, workshop, and herb garden) and are looking for 2 roommates, maybe you? We are looking for someone who is drug-free, animal-loving, socially competent, and not nocturnal. (Unfortunately, we cannot consider social welfare recipients due to social service-related reasons).
We don't want to be a purpose-built shared apartment and are not a pension. Shared meals, cooking, leisure time... can be done freely and voluntarily at any time. Our household and operation are orderly, clean, and well-regulated.
We place great emphasis on friendly manners and reliability.
Our home is 3 minutes' walk from the forest/Aare Uttigwelle and the train station (S1 line Thun-Bern).
One room, CHF 770 (including utilities), will be available from December 1st. Another room, CHF 830 (including utilities), will be available from November 1st, or mid-October if desired. All rooms are furnished and can be partially or fully emptied if desired.
