The rooms are approx. 20 m², with plenty of daylight and partially sloping ceilings. Each room has a vinyl floor in wood look, a shared bathroom/toilet on the floor. In the entrance hall, which can be used jointly, there is a small kitchenette with a shared refrigerator. The laundry room is located in the basement for shared use..
The location is very central. 2 minutes to the train station. Migros, Coop, Denner, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants: everything is just around the corner. Flawil itself is quiet, well connected and pleasant to live in.
