We, Andrea and Lukas (both 35, working professionals), are looking for two lovely flatmates (around 23-40 years old) from early/mid-October 2026 who want a relaxed and considerate home for at least a year. Whether you're a master's student or working, if you have shared accommodation experience, want to stay long-term, and appreciate a nice mix of freedom and community, you'll fit in perfectly with us! Our cohabitation is uncomplicated: during the week, it's quieter, but we always enjoy a nice chat in the kitchen, a spontaneous dinner, or occasional cozy flat evening. We're aware that new flatmates also mean changes and are open to developing a new shared accommodation culture together with you.

Thanks to the old building, the apartment stays cool in summer and warm in winter. All rooms have roller shutters on the windows. A wardrobe will be provided in both rooms.
