I'm looking for a sympathetic and reliable roommate for my cozy, already furnished 4.5-room apartment in Fehraltorf. We would live together in the apartment, so there is enough space and privacy for both.
Your private area
You will get a approx. 12 m² large, furnished room as well as your own bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and storage space.
The room is already furnished and can be taken over as is.
What we use together

The apartment is already completely furnished and equipped.
Washing machine and dryer are located in the shared laundry room of the house. This is used together with the other five rental parties.
Location
The apartment is located in a quiet 30 km/h zone in Fehraltorf. At the same time, almost everything you need in everyday life is within approx. 5 minutes walking distance:
Fehraltorf train station Migros, Coop and Denner Post Office ZKB
From Fehraltorf train station, you can reach Zurich in about 25 minutes with a direct train connection.
Nature is also practically right in front of the door - ideal for walking, jogging or simply relaxing. For horse enthusiasts, there are also various horse stables in the surrounding area.
Parking
The parking space belonging to the apartment is used by myself and is therefore not part of the rental.
If you have a car, there is, for example, the possibility to rent a parking space at the train station or to purchase a parking permit from the municipality.
Rent & Costs
CHF 850 per month incl. utilities and internet
Electricity/energy and water are added separately and are divided half according to the actual costs. The corresponding invoice is sent every three months.

I'm looking for a working, reliable, clean and considerate roommate who appreciates a quiet and pleasant home.
For me, an uncomplicated and respectful cohabitation is important. You're welcome to have a coffee together, cook or sit together from time to time, but at the same time, each person should have their own privacy and daily routine.
