Description
As I will be traveling from January to the end of March 2027 for three months, I am looking for a reliable and uncomplicated person for my cozy 2-room apartment in St. Johann in Basel.
The apartment will be rented completely furnished, so you can simply move in with your suitcase and feel comfortable and at home here.
It has a separate bedroom, a cozy living room, kitchen and bathroom, as well as a small balcony. A washing machine and dryer are also located directly in the apartment.
The apartment is located in St. Johann, a lively and beautiful district with everything you need for everyday life. Shopping opportunities and public transportation are nearby, and the Rhine and city center are also quickly accessible.
Small specialty: There are cats living in the house or with my neighbor - and one or the other likes to visit the balcony spontaneously. Therefore, it would be nice if you are an animal lover and enjoy occasional cat visits rather than being bothered by them
Time period: January to the end of March 2027
Rent: CHF 1,500 per month, including utilities
Since my apartment is very close to my heart, I wish for someone who feels comfortable in it and takes care of it in the same way. Ideally, I would like to rent it out for the entire three months.
