We are renting out our bright and fully furnished 3.5-room apartment in Wabern, near Bern, during a longer trip. The apartment offers a lot of space on 78 m², a spacious balcony, a separate office/guest room, and a parking space with direct access to the building and elevator.
The apartment is ideal for a couple, a single person with a home office, or people looking for a fully equipped living solution in the Bern region for a few months.

The apartment is located in Wabern, just outside the gates of the city of Bern. The location combines a quiet living environment with very good connections to the city center.
The nearest tram stop is about a 10-minute walk away. With tram number 9, you can easily and directly reach Bern train station. Wabern train station is about a 10-minute walk away and offers additional connections to the city and surrounding area.
Shopping facilities and services for daily needs are also located in the nearby area.
A major advantage of Wabern is also its proximity to Gurten and Aare, ideal for walks, sports, and relaxation in the green, while the Bern city center remains easily accessible.

Rental period

November 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027

Preferred is a person or couple who wants to take over the apartment for the entire period.
