Large, bright room (approx. 23m²) with direct access to its own balcony (quiet, facing the inner courtyard) in a well-maintained 2.5-room apartment in Zürich-Wollishofen. The room overlooks the garden area and is therefore quiet and green. The apartment is approximately 65m² in total, and you can use the kitchen and bathroom. Additionally, a cellar compartment is available for shared use as extra storage space.
The location is great: Wollishofen train station is about a 5-minute walk, the next tram stop is about 2 minutes away, and supermarkets are just around the corner. The Lake of Zurich is also within a 5-minute walk. In short: quiet and green, but still very central.
I myself will keep the smaller of the two rooms, but I'm often not there, either because of work or because I spend time with my partner. This means you'll often have the apartment to yourself.

Who I imagine: Preferably someone who is already working, lives quietly and neatly (no loud instruments, no parties), values cleanliness, and ideally is sporty and active themselves. I am a 30-year-old male, do a lot of sports, and am often on the go, in the mountains or on city trips, etc.
