A spacious kitchen area offers a stove with induction cooking field and oven, large refrigerator and dishwasher.
I'll leave kitchen utensils, plates, etc. in the apartment for the duration.
The apartment is fully furnished: bed, desk, office chair, kitchen area with bar, refrigerator with freezer, many closets (storage space).
Additionally, there's a table with chairs in the apartment.
You can reach the train station by bus in 7 minutes.
The apartment is very quiet, I hardly ever hear anything from the neighbors.

The traffic connection is very good. Almost directly in front of the house door, a bus line runs to Peroulles, the train station, and the university. You can reach the train station in about 7 minutes and the university in about 11 minutes.
You can also walk to the city center.
Within walking distance, there's a shopping center with Migros and Denner.

The studio has access to a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The studio is part of a house built in the 1990s. The landlord lives on the first and second floors of the house.
I really enjoy living here and I'm looking for someone who will take good care of the apartment.
The apartment was freshly renovated at the end of 2024 and, like the entire house, is well-maintained.
