Ich suche für meine möblierte 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung (55m²) im 3. Stock eine:n Untermieter:in ab Oktober 26 - Juni oder Juli 27. Die Wohnung ist an top Lage, gut angeschlossen an ÖV (1, 3, 31, 38, 36, 50) und liegt direkt neben täglich geöffneten Lebensmittelläden (Migros, Spar, Denner, Coop). Die Wohnung verfügt über ein grösseres gefangenes Zimmer und ein kleineres auf die Strasse raus. Der Balkon ist über die Küche und das grosse Zimmer zugänglich. Die grosse Küche verfügt über einen neuen elektrischen Herd und Backofen. Eine Geschirrwaschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Es hat ein neueres Bad inkl. Badewanne und Fenster zum Lüften. Die Waschküche steht zu jeder Zeit zur Verfügung zum waschen. In der Nähe hat es einen Quartierkompost. Ein eigenes Abteil im Estrich wäre während der Zeit ebenfalls möglich. Das Sofa kann als Bettsofa umfunktioniert werden. Eine Matratze muss selbst mitgebracht werden. Eine Kündigung während des Mietverhältnisses ist nicht möglich. Depot beläuft sich auf zwei Monatsmieten.
Falls dir Pflanzen auch so gut gefallen wir mir und du ein Faible dafür hast, können wir auch gerne schauen, ob du die Pflanzen in der Wohnung zwischenzeitlich behalten magst.
Die Wohnung ist in echt heller, als sie auf den Fotos wirkt.

I'm looking for a subtenant for my furnished 2-room apartment in a charming older building. The apartment is 55 m² and located on the 3rd floor from October 26 until June or July 2027.
The apartment is in a great location with excellent public transport connections (tram/bus lines 1, 3, 31, 38, 36 and 50). There are also several grocery stores right nearby (Migros, Spar (open daily), Denner and Coop).
The apartment has one larger interior room and a smaller room facing the street. The balcony can be accessed from both the kitchen and the larger room. The spacious kitchen has a new electric stove and oven. There is no dishwasher.
The bathroom is fairly new and includes a bathtub and a window for ventilation. The shared laundry room is available at any time. There is also a neighborhood compost nearby. During the sublet period, it would also be possible to use a private storage compartment in the attic. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed. A mattress is not included. Termination during the tenancy is not possible. The security deposit amounts to two months' rent.
If you're as fond of plants as I am and enjoy taking care of them, we can also discuss whether you'd like to look after the plants in the apartment while you're staying there.
