I, W., 29 years old, have been living in this spacious and bright 3.5-room apartment for several years. I work from Monday to Friday, enjoy being outdoors, and cook very gladly (vegi/vegan). I appreciate it when joint conversations arise, but I also enjoy my peace and quiet from time to time.
The apartment is very centrally located, near Sihlcity, with bus, tram, and train stops in the immediate vicinity. The main station can be reached by public transport in about 10 minutes.
A spacious room is available for subletting, which is also furnished. The room has a bed, a desk, a shelf, and a clothes rack.
The kitchen and living room are furnished and well-equipped. I'm looking for someone who is open to conversations but also respects the other person's privacy and doesn't spend the whole day on the couch.
The room is only available for subletting on a temporary basis and only to individuals. Available immediately or by arrangement until the end of December.
