I'm leaving my great colocation in Lausanne, located at the top of Rue de la Gare and just a stone's throw from all amenities. I'm looking for a subletter to take over my partially furnished room (the bed stays) in an incredible apartment with two bathrooms, two living rooms, and a view of the lake from the balcony.

The colocation:
You'll be sharing the apartment with three friends between 27 and 30 years old, PhD students at EPFL and young professionals, all very pleasant to live with.
They enjoy doing sports (ActivFitness just a few steps away), cooking, and sharing a drink from time to time.

You:
We're looking for someone in the same age range, ideally a PhD student or already working. A clean and considerate person is necessary, and if you like cooking, it's a plus since there's a cooking schedule (to be discussed but very flexible).
