How long: We'd prefer someone staying long term, ideally a year or more, since we'd rather build a real WG than say goodbye every semester. If you're here on exchange, you're still welcome to apply, but please note that ending the contract early means it's your responsibility to find a suitable replacement tenant, and they need to be approved by us before you move out.
