The apartment is very central, located in the Länggass quarter, less than 10 minutes' walk from the train station, 10 minutes by bike to the city center, and 10 minutes from the highway. Yet it is quiet and beautiful with some greenery around.

The apartment has everything you need and overall a nice flair. There is a large living room with a south-facing balcony. The apartment has been freshly painted and has parquet flooring in most parts. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The bathroom has two sinks. Washing machines and a Secomat are available in the basement, as well as covered bicycle parking and parking spaces in the blue zone without a long search. You can also rent private parking spaces in the surrounding area for about CHF 100.

I, your roommate, am 40 years old, employed, rather quiet, and often in the mountains for climbing or skiing. Non-smoker without instruments or pets. The house community is very sympathetic overall.

I am currently looking for someone who is quiet and compatible with a working life - ideal for employed people and weekly commuters. I appreciate a relaxed coexistence without obligation, but I also enjoy a spontaneous dinner together :-)
