We are offering our 4.5-room apartment of 140 sqm on the fourth floor of a new building in Via Carlo Maderno, a 10-minute walk from the city center.

The parquet floor has both heating and cooling in all rooms and is incredibly powerful, a lifesaver in the summer.

The spaces are very spacious and well laid out:
- 3 double bedrooms, currently used as follows:
1. Walk-in closet with ensuite bathroom
2. Office/guest room
3. Bedroom with 180x200 bed and ensuite bathroom
- 3 bathrooms, two of which are ensuite, two with shower, one with bathtub

We are not in a hurry to leave the apartment, the move-in date can be decided together between November 2026 and February 2027.

We intend to sell all the furniture to the sublessees. The apartment was completely furnished with taste 2 months ago with furniture from Kave Home, Sklum, Ikea, and Maisons du Monde. We are offering the sale of all furniture, including a portable dual split air conditioner from Midea. A parking space in the garage is available for 150 CHF. An external storage room on the -2 floor is included in the price. The oven was replaced this week with a more modern one (still not used).
