I am offering from now until October 9th, in my apartment, a room for a female person looking for temporary accommodation in the center of Lugano. The house is located in Molino Nuovo, on the fifth floor of a well-maintained building, with a beautiful open view on three sides and a large balcony that surrounds the entire apartment.
The bedroom measures about 12m2 and is exposed to the east with a view of Monte Brè and gets morning sun. The room is furnished as seen in the photos and the bathroom is shared with the other tenant.
The other spaces (kitchen, living room, and the large balcony exposed to the south and west) can be used freely, obviously with mutual respect.
In the basement, you can use two washing machines, a dryer, and a dedicated area for drying clothes. Outside the building, there is a place to park bicycles. In the surrounding streets, you can find both blue (time-limited) and white (paid) parking spaces.
The room is available until October 9th. The rent is 900 CHF for the entire period or 300 CHF per week and includes all expenses (electricity, water, laundry use, waste, television and radio fee, and internet).
