The house is located in Molino Nuovo, on the fifth floor of a well-maintained building, with a beautiful open view on three sides and a large balcony surrounding the entire apartment.
The bedroom measures about 12m2 and is exposed to the east with a view of Monte Brè and receives morning sun. The room is furnished as seen in the photos and the bathroom is shared with the other tenant.
The other spaces (kitchen, living room, and the large balcony exposed to the south and west) can be used freely, of course, in mutual respect.
In the basement, you can use two washing machines, a dryer, and a dedicated area for drying clothes. Outside the building, there is a place to park bicycles. In the surrounding streets, you can find both blue (with a time disk) and white (paid) parking spaces.
