A room is available in a shared apartment of 3 people at Rue de la Borde 65 in Lausanne.
Available from November 1st (to be discussed to move in immediately)
You will share the apartment with Esther and William, two students in their twenties. The atmosphere is calm and studious. We are looking for a female roommate, ideally also a student.
The room
Room of 12 to 15 m², furnished (single bed with mattress, desk, wardrobe)
The apartment
Apartment with 4.5 rooms, consisting of: 3 rooms, living room, equipped kitchen, shared bathroom.
A washing machine and dryer are also available free of charge in the building.
Rent: 600 CHF/month
+ approximately 50-60 CHF/month in charges
Location:
Migros and Denner are 5 minutes walk away.
Bus stop "Vieux Moulin" (lines 3, 16, 8, 18) in front of the apartment
Stops "Oiseaux" (line 1) and "Casernes" (lines 1, 3, 20, 21) are 2 minutes away.
Conditions
To be eligible for the takeover of the lease, you must be solvent or have a guarantor, and be a Swiss citizen or holder of a C permit.
