We're looking for someone with shared apartment experience between 30-55 years old and without pets. An open and approachable person who enjoys community and is willing to lend a hand, especially in our large garden.
You can expect two bright rooms (total 53 m²) with parquet floors, including a balcony.
Move-in: February 1, 2027
Rent: CHF 1,019.–/month, including all ancillary costs.
Your roommates are Sabine (46) cultural worker, Chantal (56) restaurateur, Eliane (45) drama therapist and lawyer, Alva (58) teacher and singer-songwriter, and Roger (63) freelance designer.
We're a well-organized and warm shared apartment, enjoying our connection with each other and at the same time having space for our own interests, projects, and retreat.
The highlight is our large garden with a fire pit, offering plenty of space for gardening and relaxation.
And last but not least... Our villa is about 5 minutes' walk from the 47 bus line.
