HOUSE IDEAL - Living with history and future

On Kasinostrasse 13 , a modern residential and commercial building made of wood is being realized, which has committed itself to sustainability, value, and future orientation. It serves as a link between the historic old town and the inner-city center. Directly opposite is the Kasinopark - a valuable urban green space.

The project combines the fantasy and adventure world of the former cinema with the contemporary concept of HOUSE IDEAL. Playful arcades, a green inner courtyard, and a rooftop terrace intended for communal use invite people to come together, relax, and dream.

HOUSE IDEAL shows what modern living looks like today: The new building is expected to be ready for occupancy from autumn 2027 and includes 31 rental apartments, which are consistently designed for comfort and sustainability.
