I am leaving my duplex of 6 rooms and about 140 m2, 2nd and 3rd (last) floor, in October. Rent 3200 CHF per month, including charges. Lease takeover on November 1st, 2026.
All surface values are given as indicative values based on measurements made by me and do not come from an architect's plan.
The apartment consists of:
- An entrance (about 9 m2) with two large built-in closets and a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor
- A kitchen (about 12 m2) fully equipped (oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge) with a bar area, open to the entrance and the dining room
- A dining room (about 19 m2)
- A bedroom (about 19 m2)
- A shower room (about 4 m2) with WC, washing machine and dryer
and on the upper floor:
- A living room (about 40 m2) where the spiral staircase arrives, functional fireplace and small alcove
- A second entrance (about 1 m2)
- A bedroom (about 17 m2)
- A storage room (about 5 m2) without windows
- A small room (about 9.5 m2)

The accommodation is located about 7 minutes walk from Russin train station (17 minutes by train to Cornavin).
