Description
From November 1, 2026, or by agreement, I am renting a room in my 2-person shared apartment for an unlimited period. I am looking for a person who is looking for a long-term home and ideally wants to stay for at least 1 year or longer.
The shared apartment room is approximately 13.5m2 in size and is rented unfurnished.
Costs:
Rent: CHF 750.- / month
Ancillary costs: CHF 125.- / month
Outdoor parking space on request: CHF 50.- / month
Internet (WiFi) on request: CHF 17.50.- / month
Additional costs (electricity, shared household expenses) that are not included in the ancillary costs will be shared among us.

The bright and modern 4.5-room apartment was completed in 2023 and offers plenty of space for a 2-person shared apartment. The apartment includes:
Large balcony with beautiful mountain views
Open, modern kitchen with dishwasher
Large bathroom with two sinks
Washing machine and dryer directly in the apartment
Shared storage space in the apartment
Outdoor parking space on request (CHF 50.- / month)
In addition to your own room, the shared areas of the apartment are naturally available to both shared apartment residents.
Location: The apartment is located in a green area and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. On foot, it is only 10 minutes to the Mülenen train station. By car, it is 10 minutes to Spiez, where there is also a motorway connection, and 20 minutes to Thun.
About me: My name is George (eng/de), I am 33 years old, originally from Greece, and have been living in Switzerland since 2021. I work as a pastry chef in a hotel nearby and also enjoy cooking and baking in my free time.
Who I'm looking for: I'm looking for a friendly and reliable person who values order and cleanliness. A peaceful coexistence as well as open and uncomplicated communication are very important to me.
