Description
Since I'm planning a longer stay abroad, I'd like to sublet my apartment for about a year, starting from mid-October.
The apartment is rented as a 2.5-room apartment. I'll need one room for my personal belongings during this time. Therefore, an open living and kitchen area, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a bedroom with direct access to the balcony will be available.
The apartment is generally rented furnished and fully equipped. We can discuss which furniture and items will remain in the apartment and what might be removed, and adjust it to your needs.
If desired, everyday essentials like bedding, kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies can also be provided, so you can basically move in with little luggage.
The rent includes everything, such as internet, TV connection, and electricity. It should be an uncomplicated and pleasant solution for both parties.
