Micro-Co-Living is aimed at people who consciously live in a community and need little private space. On three floors, 24 small apartments for one or two people are available.

In the Hobelwerk in Oberwinterthur, a modern 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor is available. The apartment has a compact kitchen and shower/WC and is ideal for two people (one room per person). We are looking for community-oriented people who enjoy living together and want to get involved.

This apartment is part of the Micro-Co-Living concept: Private living rooms combined with spacious community areas on three floors, exclusively for around 30 residents. This includes:

• Two large, fully equipped community kitchens

  with dishwashers

• As well as work and living areas and areas for children, art, and music, offering a variety of opportunities for encounter, exchange, and joint cooking or working on three floors.

Pets: Only house cats are allowed.

In addition, numerous community offers are open to all residents of the six Hobelwerk buildings, such as:

The Hobelwerk is located directly at the Oberwinterthur train station – just a few minutes from the city center of Winterthur and about 30 minutes from Zurich.
