In the Montétan neighborhood, just above the Valency park, I'm looking for someone to replace me in this two-person shared apartment as of October 1st.
We're looking for a person between 25 and 45 years old, who likes to share spaces and enjoys calmness.
The apartment is a 3.5-room apartment consisting of an entrance that is also a shared office, a living room with a piano and a super balcony, a large kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and two bedrooms.
The room is not furnished. There is a built-in wardrobe.
A basement and a common laundry room without hours are also included in the package, as well as a bike cover.
