I am leaving my apartment in the Rouges-Terres area of Hauterive (2068) and I am looking for a solvent person to take over the lease as soon as possible / to be agreed upon.
The apartment is about 30 m², pleasant and functional, ideal for a single person, a student or a couple.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. It consists of a main room that can be divided into a sleeping and living area, a separate kitchen with a dining area, a small entrance and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and a hood. A private cellar is included in the rent.
The apartment will not be furnished, but there are some items that I might leave behind (notably the bed, which is practical in the apartment).
Rent: CHF 850./month including utilities (excluding electricity)
Parking space: CHF 50./month
Total with parking: CHF 900./month
The building also has a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which can be used according to the assigned schedules, as well as a communal bicycle storage room.
Location
The location is particularly convenient for reaching Neuchâtel while living near the lake:
- Rouges-Terres bus stop 2 minutes on foot
- St-Blaise Gare Lac train station 7 minutes
- St-Blaise CFF train station 10 minutes (uphill)
- lake 10 minutes
- Denner and Coop Saint-Blaise 5/10 minutes on foot or by bus
- Place Pury 15/20 minutes by bus

- extract from the debt collection register, not older than 3 months
- proof of liability and household insurance
