For women only. Ideally, you are a student and looking for accommodation in Renens to pursue your studies? You will be in a shared apartment with an EPFL student. This shared apartment is located in a 57 m2 apartment on the ground floor, which was fully renovated in 2025. As a roommate, you will have a private room of 15 m2 (plus 5.7 m2 balcony) at your disposal, which is furnished with a 140x200 cm bed, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, and a dresser. You can also enjoy the common areas, which consist of a living-dining room with new kitchen (refrigerator-freezer combination, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven), a bathroom (sink and bathtub with shower curtain) with WC.
The apartment offers a privileged location and proximity to all shops (Migros just opposite), public transport, and especially 1 minute walk from the future Perrelet tram stop.
A laundry room with coin-operated washing machine is available in the basement for the building's residents.
The monthly rent is CHF 1050.-, including utilities (water, electricity, gas, heating, etc.).
