We are looking for a tenant to take over our 3.5-room apartment at Bahnhofstrasse 16 in Näfels. The reason for the handover is not due to the apartment: my family has moved back to Germany and I no longer need the apartment alone.

CHF 2,330 per month including ancillary costs. Parking space in carport in the same property optionally available for CHF 100.
Why it's worth it
The rental contract continues uninterrupted and is taken over under the same conditions, there is no rent increase. You determine the takeover date yourself, either immediately or later.

The location
Näfels is quiet and yet well connected. Näfels-Mollis train station in a few minutes, Ziegelbrücke as a hub towards Zurich and Chur, Zurich in about an hour. A3 motorway access, shopping, kindergarten, and school in the village. Walensee, Klöntal, and the Glarner Alps are practically at your doorstep.

Write to me briefly with your name and desired move-in date. I'll be happy to send you a video of the apartment in advance. Viewings are possible at short notice, also in the evenings. The application process will then be handled by the administration.
