The room is approximately 15 m² in size and is part of a modern, approximately 101 m² large apartment with underfloor heating, private laundry tower, basement compartment, and optional underground parking space.
The living room, kitchen, balcony, and bathroom can be used freely, as well as the bathtub in the second bathroom if needed. The apartment is high-quality equipped, including a Philips Hue lighting system, 77-inch LG TV with sound system, and Dyson devices. A Dreame vacuum robot, which also mops, is available for the floors, keeping the cleaning effort pleasantly small.
Important info: The apartment is a cat household, so a person is being sought who feels comfortable with cats. Despite being a cat household, the apartment is always very clean and well-maintained, without typical pet odors.

The shared apartment is being offered on a temporary basis until June 2027, as my partner will be abroad during this time.
