Description
I (m, 36) am renting out a room (14.5 m2) in my 3-room apartment. The room is located on the southeast side and has 1 window. The apartment has 81 m2 (without balcony) and is situated in a quiet area. There is a Volg and a small Volg nearby for shopping.
About me:
I am a rather quiet person who also appreciates social contacts. In the evening after work, I usually need some time for myself.
Professionally, I work at EKZ (Elektrizitätswerk des Kantons Zürich) as a customer advisor. Originally, I obtained a vocational maturity in the field of social work at the Fachmittelschule in Romanshorn. My hobbies are reading, tennis, playing the piano, and guitar. However, I still need to work on my discipline when practicing ;-)
Living together:
It should not become a purely functional shared apartment. Occasional joint activities, such as cooking together, would be nice.
Additional information:
- Electricity and ancillary cost payments are exclusive
- Deposit (1 month's rent)
- Internet/TV are included in the rent
- The entire apartment can be used
- I may move to a larger city in the medium term, so I am also open to a shorter rental period.
- The furniture in the room can be taken over
