We are:
We, Laura (26) and Blerona (26), are looking for a new roommate. Laura is in a dual study program in the law department and Blerona is fully employed, working in Lean Management. During the week, we are not often at home. In our free time, we like to do sports and enjoy an active lifestyle. We have a friendly and open atmosphere. We are a structured and harmonious shared apartment, where order and cleanliness are highly valued. To support our cleaning routine, we have a cleaning schedule. Shared expenses like cleaning products, internet costs, and energy costs are divided equally among all roommates. Since we don't cook together, you can plan your shared apartment daily life very flexibly, but you still have someone to talk to if you're looking for company. We are looking for a tidy and reliable person who values a well-kept living environment and friendly coexistence. You should speak German and have a regular daily routine. We are not a party shared apartment, but we are looking for someone who appreciates a cozy home and wants to be a long-term part of our housing community.

The room:
The room with its own en-suite bathroom is located on the lower floor of the apartment. A large window provides plenty of daylight, and the thoughtful floor plan offers ideal opportunities for furnishing. It would be desirable to take over the bed, curtains, sink cabinet, and lamp for a small surcharge.

The modern apartment has a shared living room, an additional balcony, and a basement compartment for shared use. The floor plan is optimally designed for a shared apartment: the available room and the living room are located on the lower floor, while Laura and Blerona's rooms are on the upper floor, providing sufficient privacy.
