We are a shared apartment of four people in Kloten, currently we are two (1m + 1w), both working, and we are looking for two new flatmates between 23-30 years old who want to move in with us long-term.
A bit about us: I work in the gastronomy sector and am often on the road for events, my flatmate works for a news outlet. We both like to go out at night. What's important to us is a relaxed, harmonious shared apartment life with people who fit in well with us. We are not a functional shared apartment, we like to cook together, do something in our free time or just spend time together. You should have an interest in this kind of living together. At the same time, we also respect the privacy of others.

Two rooms will become available:

• A large room, 15.20 m², unfurnished, CHF 750 per month
• A smaller room, 11.66 m², unfurnished, CHF 605 per month

Both rooms are located in our 5½-room apartment (shared apartment of four people). The apartment offers a large living room with open kitchen, a balcony with grill, and a large and a small bathroom. In the house, there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Additionally, a basement compartment with plenty of storage space and rentable parking spaces in the garage of the residential block are included. The area is generally very quiet, but due to the proximity to the airport, occasional flight noise cannot be ruled out.
