We are a 4-person shared apartment in Kloten, currently we are two (1m + 1w), both working professionals, and we are looking for two new roommates between the ages of 23-30 who want to move in with us long-term.
A little about us: I work in the hospitality industry and am often on the road for events, my roommate works for a news outlet. We both like to go out at night. What's important to us is a relaxed, harmonious apartment life with people who fit in well with us. We are not a functional shared apartment, we like to cook together, do something in our free time or just spend time together. You should have an interest in this kind of living together. At the same time, we respect the privacy of others.

Two rooms will become available:

• A large room, 15.20 m², unfurnished, CHF 750 per month
• A smaller room, 11.66 m², unfurnished, CHF 605 per month

Both rooms are located in our 5½-room apartment (4-person shared apartment). The apartment offers a large living room with open kitchen, a balcony with grill, and a large and small bathroom. In the house, there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Additionally, a basement storage room with plenty of storage space and rentable parking spaces in the garage of the residential building are included. The area is generally very quiet, but due to the proximity to the airport, occasional flight noise cannot be ruled out.
You are an open, sociable person who knows how to use a mop, and you're not looking for a functional shared apartment, but you want to get involved in apartment life?
