My name is Adam, I'm 34 years old and I'm a developer. I'm offering an unfurnished room in my apartment in Lausanne.

The apartment has a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom to share. I'm looking for an autonomous, clean and careful person who, like me, values respect for common spaces: each person cleans up after their visit and makes sure to leave the spaces clean for others.

The idea is to have a simple and pleasant cohabitation, respecting each person's rhythm and space.

The accommodation is ideally located, close to all amenities:

- Migros and Coop within a 10-minute walk
- Bus stop about 20 meters from the building

Rent: 860 CHF/month, including room and access to common areas, internet/TV and regular cleaning of the apartment. Consumption costs are billed separately by SiL and shared among occupants.

The room is unfurnished.
