We, a helpful mechanical engineer (60), a shy specialist in care (34), and an open-hearted HPWS teacher (55), (with 1 quiet, well-behaved, but unfortunately cat-chasing dog and 3 curious alpacas, 9 chickens with a rooster) share our complete infrastructure, including kitchen, two bathrooms, winter garden, entrance, laundry room, natural cellar, a large park garden (with pond, party pavilion, outdoor chimney, and grill area, lounge, summer table group, workshop, and herb garden) and are looking for 3 roommates, maybe you? We are looking for drug-free, animal-loving, social, uncomplicated, and not nocturnal roommates. (Unfortunately, we cannot consider social welfare recipients due to social service-related reasons). A quiet dog is also welcome.
We do not want to be a purpose-built shared apartment and are not a pension. Joint meals, cooking, leisure time... can be freely and voluntarily organized. Our household and operation are orderly, clean, and well-regulated.
We place great importance on friendly manners and reliability.
Our home is 3 minutes' walk from the forest/Aare Uttigwelle and the train station (S1 line Thun-Bern).
One 2-room apartment (CHF 770, including utilities) will be available from October 1st/December 1st. Another room (CHF 830, including utilities) will be available from November 1st, or mid-October if desired. All rooms are furnished and can be partially or fully emptied if desired.
