A cozy bright room with two large windows. It is approximately 11 m2 in size and has a room height of almost 3m.
In addition to the monthly rent, there are also ancillary costs, such as internet, electricity, heating, gas, etc. (divided into three parts)

The apartment is located on the 1st floor in the beautiful old town of Baden, directly on the river. From the balcony, you can see directly onto the Limmat and the green wooded slope that forms the foot of the Lägern hill range. The train station can be reached on foot in just five minutes. From Baden, you can reach Zurich main station in 15 minutes by train. At the train station, you will also find all the larger shops.

We are Nizar (m, 31) and Lea (f, 36), both active in the professional world and studying on the side.
We value social exchange and are decidedly more than a functional shared apartment. We live openness, tolerance, appreciation, and good communication as well as we can and know. We enjoy cooking, doing sports, reading books, finding joy in nature, and having all sorts of conversations.
Oh yes... in the household, we like it tidy and don't like to clean up or tidy up after other people, let's be honest, who likes that? ;)

In the living room, you will find a piano with decorative candle holders, many plants, and a sprout wall. In the hallway, there are two pull-up bars. One of them is mounted a bit lower. So, it would be advantageous if you are not taller than 1.91m, otherwise, it might hurt sometimes. ;) And, we like visitors.

Important: we are part of a cooperative and that's great (Wogeno Aargau). It is a requirement that you also become a member. We also have a shared garden, a kitchen with a gas stove (olé!) and a dishwasher (also very great!). Additionally, there is a basement and attic compartment.
We live in the old town, so there are no parking spaces.
