I'm renting out my room in a shared apartment in the Beauregard neighborhood in Fribourg, just 5 minutes' walk from the train station, shops, and UNIFR Miséricorde, starting October 1st (or by agreement).
The apartment is a bright 4.5-room apartment with a large living room, a balcony, a bathroom, and separate toilets. The room is about 15 m² and the rent is 678 CHF per month (excluding charges).
You'll be sharing the apartment with two male roommates, 24 and 28 years old. The atmosphere is convivial: we sometimes spend time together, either spontaneously or planned. The idea is to have a pleasant shared apartment, where each person has their own space, without having to do everything together.
The room can be taken over empty, with the possibility of buying the wardrobe if you're interested.
