Hello,
We are reluctantly giving up our spacious and bright apartment in St-Saphorin on the lake shore after 10 years, due to a new life project.
The 4.5-room apartment consists of:
- a private staircase that can be converted
- an entrance hall
- a very large living room with kitchen, dining room, living room, and TV room (with functional fireplace).
- three bedrooms, two of which have built-in closets.
- two storage rooms that serve as large built-in closets
- a bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a washing and drying column (provided by the landlord).
- a guest toilet
- a large, ground-level storage room/basement in the street
- a bathtub-facing balcony with a lake view
- another balcony on the east side
The apartment does not have a parking space, but parking permits are available from the municipality (50.- per year for one permit, 150.- per year for two permits, with the second permit per household only costing 100.- per year). There are always parking spaces available along the lake, just 30 seconds from the apartment.
The train station is a two-minute walk away.
Access to the lake is also just a two-minute walk away.
The price is 2300.- per month (no change compared to our rental agreement) with individual charges (on average over the last 10 years: 200.- per month)
