The apartment is located on the ground floor, but above the stable. It offers a comfortable and quiet home with a spacious balcony, where you can enjoy the surrounding nature. The idyllic location is ideal for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
What we're looking for
We're looking for a responsible, tidy, and non-smoking tenant who appreciates country life. We would be particularly pleased to have a woman with genuine horse experience who, thanks to flexible hours, e.g., through home office or retirement, can enjoy the company of our two horses and occasionally support us, especially during our vacation times.
Worth knowing
Location: A private vehicle is required, as there is no direct connection to public transportation.
Pets: A small, well-behaved dog is welcome after consultation. To protect our animals, we cannot accommodate cats or additional horses.
Rent: CHF 950,- plus an additional part-time employment contract of 700,- per month.
