I am leaving my apartment in Lucerne in December and am therefore looking for a subtenant for my bedroom and office, both approximately 12-14 m² in size. The two rooms are available from December 1st.
The rent is CHF 1,053 per month. The bedroom and office are already furnished (see photos). The furniture must be taken over, and the price for it is negotiable.
The apartment also has a large bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, and two sinks, a guest toilet, a well-equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a large living room, a beautiful balcony, and a large cellar.
You would share the apartment with Dario (28) and Tobias (30). We live together very sociably, while respecting each individual's privacy. Eating together, going out for a drink in the city, watching football, or doing sports together is a regular occurrence. Our legendary ping-pong tournaments in the living room must not be forgotten.
Dario works at Titlis and is a sports enthusiast - fitness, running, padel, skiing, and mountain biking are his hobbies. He's always up for a beer, a sports session, or a spontaneous outing.
Tobias is a teacher and loves traveling and outdoor activities, including hiking, tennis/padel, spikeball, skiing, and mountain biking. He's always up for a good conversation, a nice hike, or just a beer on the balcony.
