We are looking for subtenants for a bright 3-room apartment with 66 square meters in the Bern Breitfeld quarter. Move-in would be from October 1st or by arrangement. The price includes ancillary costs at 1625 francs. The apartment is located on the first floor and has an entrance area with various built-in closets and a recess, two balconies (one with a built-in storage closet), a living room, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Since it is a corner apartment, there are windows on three sides (soundproof). One balcony is relatively large and offers space for a small dining table and 2-3 chairs. The kitchen is very practical, relatively modern, and equipped with a dishwasher.
The quarter is excellently connected to public transport. The Markuskirche bus stop is practically located in front of the house door. Bern train station can be reached by bus within seven minutes. The Wankdorf train station is a five-minute walk or two minutes by bus.
The Breitenrainplatz with numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, and bars is 600 meters away.
Also nearby (but not too close ;)) is the Wankdorf Stadium. There are also additional shopping and leisure opportunities. In the summer, you can quickly reach the Aare or the Wylerbad.

• We are leaving the apartment because we are having a family addition. We think the apartment is ideal for two people, and the price is also fair. You would sign the contract with a sympathetic and uncomplicated private landlord.
