We are renting out our lovingly furnished attic apartment in Breitenrain for a few months as a sublet, as we will be away during this time.

The apartment is furnished and offers a lot of charm and extra space thanks to the gallery. It is very bright and friendly due to the two large skylights. For the subtenants, we will clear space in the closets and wardrobe, so there is enough storage space. Additionally, a basement compartment and a small retreat belong to the apartment.
The washing machine is shared with the other house residents in the basement.

Location
The apartment is very well located:

• 2 minutes' walk to Breitfeld bus stop.
• 10 minutes by bike to Bern train station.
• 5 minutes to Wankdorf train station.
• Shopping facilities like Denner, Müller, and a gas station are within 2 minutes' walk, Coop and Migros about 5-10 minutes on foot.

Rental period: approximately December 7, 2026, to March 10, 2027. We can discuss the exact rental period together.

Rent: CHF 1,500 per month, including utilities.
