WG roommate wanted for 2-person WG!

In my very centrally located 3-room apartment in Kloten (intersection Zum Wilden Mann), I sublet 2 rooms, but only to ONE individual, preferably female and non-smoker, on an unfurnished basis and for an unlimited period (at least 6 months).

The location is perfect for commuting, for flight attendants, and airport staff. Several bus stops are located right in front of the house, with buses running at a minute's interval. The airport/OPC is just 3 minutes away, and the main train station (HB) can be reached in 15 minutes.

There are many shopping opportunities and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is on the 1st floor; there is no elevator. A small balcony and a basement compartment belong to the apartment. There are no parking facilities directly at the house.
The two rooms are unfurnished.

Pets are not allowed.

The 2 rooms are available immediately; the deposit is 1 month's rent.

Since I'm a part-time flight attendant and commute, I'm rarely on site; you would have the apartment to yourself most of the time.
