We rent a small 3-room apartment on the ground floor, in a semi-detached house, equipped with a new kitchen, a completely renovated shower room, a small bedroom and a slightly larger one. Heating with heat pump, including outdoor parking (1 space) and a washing machine inside the apartment. We are finishing the renovation of the bathroom, which is why we haven't taken pictures yet. We rent only to solvent, quiet, non-smoking people who keep the apartment with care and cleanliness. A deposit and mandatory private liability insurance will be required. Outside there is a large garden with a pergola, which can be used with discretion.
