Room
I am renting out my spacious, fully furnished room from November 1st to April 30th. It offers a lot of space, has a separate entrance, and a toilet on the same floor that is hardly used by anyone else. A perfect room if you also like to have your peace and quiet and a private retreat.
House
We live in a charming, older house directly on the Lachen canal. There is a lot of space around the house, including a large garden, a terrace, a balcony, and a parking space. The location is very quiet and private.
There is a large living and dining room, a kitchen, three toilets, and two showers. We also have a large basement with a washing machine and dryer.
Who we are
Currently, we are a 5-person shared flat. My boyfriend, who also lives in the shared flat, and I will be traveling for an extended period from November. He will return at the end of February, and I will be away for a bit longer.
We are all about 25 years old and have known each other for some time. This makes living together very family-like, uncomplicated, and relaxed.
Who we are looking for
We are open and not looking for a specific person. What is most important to us is that you are uncomplicated, open, and spontaneous and enjoy a relaxed shared flat life.
We think it's nice if you do something together from time to time or just meet up spontaneously for a coffee, a beer, or a meal. At the same time, it's important to us that everyone has their own space and can also do their own things without any problems.
