For the period from March 1 to April 18, 2027, I am looking for a reliable and quiet person to temporarily sublet my beautifully furnished 3.5-room apartment in Basel.
The apartment is approximately 76 m² in size and offers three spacious, lovingly furnished rooms, a large balcony, and a beautiful herringbone parquet floor. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for everyday life. The practical bathroom has a window and a bathtub.
The apartment is located in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood, and the city is quickly accessible. The tram line 15 is only about 2 minutes from the house entrance and takes you directly to the Messe Basel or in the other direction to the Gundeldinger quarter. The city center is also easily accessible.
The apartment includes an individual laundry day, so you can plan your laundry yourself and don't have to follow a fixed common laundry schedule.
I am looking for a reliable, careful, and quiet person who will use my apartment as a home and retreat during my absence. I can especially imagine the apartment for female students, interns, doctoral students, or working women who are in Basel for a few weeks.
The apartment is explicitly not a party apartment. I wish for someone who appreciates a quiet, respectful, and pleasant living atmosphere and handles the apartment and the neighborhood accordingly.
