I'm moving out of my apartment in Winterthur and therefore looking for a subtenant for my room.
The apartment is located between the Tellstrasse and Hinterwiesli stops and is very well connected to public transport. You can reach Winterthur train station on foot in about 7 minutes.
The main tenant is studying abroad for a year. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, my room is becoming available. Kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared. The apartment also has a small balcony with a grill and table.
The room is rented limited until 31st August 2027 and is available partially furnished or empty, depending on your preference. Move-in is possible from immediately or 1st October 2026, exact date to be discussed.
Washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and are available every 2 weeks according to the house plan.
My roommate is 37 years old and spends about half of the week not in the apartment, but in his family's home. This means the apartment is often very quiet and you have a lot of space for yourself.
Costs:
The rent is CHF 845.- per person and month. Heating and additional costs are paid in advance and are settled once at the end of the rental period. The electricity costs from EKZ are added to this.
