Who we are

We are Marguerite (33F), Fanny (29F), and Damian (30M), three friends who have been living together in Bern for over two years.

Damian is moving in with his girlfriend on December 1, 2026, so we are looking for a new tenant.

Fanny is a doctoral student at the University of Bern and also works at the umbrella organization of pharmacies pharmaSuisse. She enjoys high-altitude hiking, cycling, and dinosaurs.

Marguerite works as a scientific employee at the personnel association transfair. She likes cultural events, political discussions, and exotic fruits.

The apartment

- The apartment is located on the 3rd floor
- Shared living room (23 m²), kitchen/dining area (15 m²), balcony, shower/WC, and separate WC (see floor plan).
- Centrally located: about 2 minutes' walk from Eigerplatz, less than 15 minutes from the train station
- Within 3 minutes' walk, you can reach a larger Coop, Denner, or Migros

The room

The room is approximately 12 m² in size and is located between the (shared) living room and another bedroom.

You will not be a subtenant, but will be a joint tenant on the main lease.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is calm, relaxed, and uncomplicated, but also takes responsibility for themselves and the shared apartment. It's important to us that it's more than just a functional shared apartment: We cook together from time to time, chat on the balcony, or spend a few evenings a week together. At the same time, each of us also has our own life, our own circle of friends, and our own hobbies, and that should be the case for you too. Ideally, you are around our age or in a similar phase of life.

We will likely conduct get-to-know-you conversations at the end of September or beginning of October.
