Despite this affordable rent, we don't have to do without a living room. As shown in the floor plan, the large living room has a jointly usable balcony with a view of Ostermundigen and Bern. Since the balcony is oriented southwest, you can enjoy the sunset every evening from there.

The kitchen has a large refrigerator and a dishwasher. The bike cellar, cellar, and attic can be used jointly. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Ostermundigen, with good shopping opportunities and quick access to the public transportation system.
